Executive Board Electronic Vote

Greg Bernhardt moved the following resolution be put before the executive board for a vote.

Dennis Potthoff seconded the motion.

Becky Harper has been approved as the NNER bookkeeper at the executive board meeting July 22 and this resolution authorizes her to sign NNER checks and have her name added to the file at Wells Fargo on the Bank signer card. In addition the executive board resolves that checks over $5,000 will require two signatures. The second signature will be the executive director, board chair, or board treasurer.

The motion passed five yes votes, two non replies.
